Lance disrupts traditional approaches to real estate, creating, envisioning, building and training on next-generation tools for the company, its agents and their clients. As a former corporate sales trainer, business development specialist, speaker and consultant to independent contractors and enterprises across the country, he brings over 15 years of experience in the psychology of sales, personal development, management training and education from a background including three Fortune 500 companies, the most recent being Apple.
