James Beacham

Experimental Particle Physicist
Physicist at New York University }

Dr. James Beacham is an experimental high energy particle physicist at New York University.  He currently works on ATLAS, one of the two collaborations that discovered the Higgs boson, at the Large Hadron ColliderCERN, and with APEX, an experiment that searches for a dark photon, the discovery of which would revolutionize our understanding of nature at fundamental scales, and would shed light on some of the most pressing outstanding issues in physics, such as the origin of dark matter and the possible existence of supersymmetry.
